A failing battery or alternator isnt the only mechanical issue that can cause your car not to crank. What Ive gathered over the last week of reading is when the car dies while driving the culprit is usually the SBF 5 fuse from engine compartment andor the 15A fuse from the passenger side compartment blowing due to the shorting as a result of the front or rear O2 Sensor wires getting frayed or something along the lines of that.

Just for kick though check that the TPS is properly adjusted. Low fuel pressure can be caused by a bad fuel pump leaking pressure regulator or fuel injectors. The motor could be seized up completely.
